Return & Refund

Return Policy:

We understand that sometimes things don't quite meet your expectations. That's why we offer a 10-day return policy from the date you receive your item. Please note that we do not currently offer free returns.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in its original condition, unworn or unused, with tags intact, and in its original packaging. You'll also need to provide a receipt or proof of purchase.

To initiate a return, please contact us at ask@emnisa.com to obtain the return shipping address and further instructions. Kindly note that returns must be sent directly to the manufacturers.

Upon acceptance of your return request, we'll provide you with a return shipping label and detailed instructions on how and where to send your package. Please be aware that we cannot accept returns for items sent without prior authorization.

Damages and Issues:

We offer free returns for damaged products. Upon receiving your order, please inspect it carefully. Should you discover any defects, damages, or receive the wrong item, please contact us immediately so we can promptly address the issue.

Exceptions/Non-Returnable Items:

Please note that certain items, such as personal care goods (e.g., beauty products), are non-returnable. If you have any questions regarding the return eligibility of a specific item, don't hesitate to reach out to us.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns for sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges:

To expedite the process of receiving the desired item, we recommend returning the original item and placing a separate order for the new one.

Refunds:

Once we've received and inspected your return, we'll notify you of the approval status for your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed automatically to your original payment method within 28 business days. Please keep in mind that it may take some additional time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.

Important Alert:

Please ensure the accuracy of your shipping address, as Emnisa Dresses cannot be held responsible for reshipping costs incurred due to incorrect addresses. If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, reshipping will be arranged once the shipping costs are covered by the customer. Refunds for returned packages will be issued after deducting the total shipping costs.
